Terms of the Instalment Payment Agreement and Payment Concession

The Parties record that the instalment payment plan granted to the Participant is a discretionary payment concession offered by the Training Institution, which is not available as a matter of right, but is a payment facility granted on grounds of equity.

The instalment plan is solely a payment schedule, which does not alter the total amount of the training fee and does not constitute a reduction, waiver, or conditional payment of it. The Participant undertakes an irrevocable obligation to pay the full training fee.

Termination of the concession

The Participant acknowledges that if their participation in the training ends for reasons within their own sphere of interest, if they terminate the contract, discontinue or withdraw from the training, or do not complete the training, the entire remaining training fee becomes immediately due in a single sum.

Loss of interest, decreased motivation, lack of time, a change in work schedule, or subsequent dissatisfaction with the training do not justify a fee waiver, debt reduction, or equitable concession.

The instalment payment concession terminates, and the entire outstanding balance becomes due in a single sum, in particular:

• in the event of late payment,
• in the event of a breach of the instalment payment obligation,
• in the event of termination or discontinuation of the adult education contract by the Participant.

In the event of late payment or a serious breach of contract, the Training Institution is entitled to suspend access to the training, access to training materials, or further participation in the training until the debt is settled.

Equity

In particularly deserving, verified cases — illness, permanent injury resulting from an accident, or an extraordinary circumstance related to a death — the Training Institution may, at its sole discretion, waive enforcement of the remaining debt in part or in full.

The Participant acknowledges that the exercise of such equity is a unilateral, discretionary decision of the Training Institution, and no entitlement, claim, or demand may be based on it.

Closing provisions

This annex may only be amended in writing, by mutual agreement of the parties.

Matters not regulated in this annex shall be governed by the Civil Code, the applicable adult education legislation, and the provisions of the underlying contract.
