Short film – film makeup and on-set practice
Students worked with the crew over two evening shooting days, directed by Dávid Laczkó. Their task was to create the actors' makeup, check continuity between takes, and ensure consistency between scenes. According to crew feedback, the work was carried out at a professional pace and quality.

Exam film – aging makeup
For Csanád Szilasi's exam film, students created aging makeup: Enikő Nagy had to be aged by ten years. The task required realistic yet restrained solutions that fit the mood of the film. The process also included character-building work and testing the look on camera.

Feature film – historical prosthetics and makeup work
The school took on the makeup and prosthetics work for a feature film directed by István Poór. Graduating students Nikolett Eperjesi and Emese Molnár worked on period-accurate characters. The film's crew formally acknowledged their work with an official thank-you.

As part of the national crime-prevention campaign, students created realistic wounds, bruises and injuries. The task was carried out in a short time, on location, in front of a school audience. It was excellent practice for applying SFX techniques under real conditions.

Short film – psychological drama
Interns Szaffi Horváth and Viktória Gubacsy worked alongside award-winning director Tamás Tarcsi. The film called for subtle, deep character portrayal. The filmmaker praised the students' precision, creativity and problem-solving skills.

Students learn the necessary professional basics in classroom sessions.
Participation is tailored to the production's needs and the student's level of knowledge.
Students can work on shoots, photo shoots, exam films and events.
Completed professional practice can be documented and professionally evaluated.
For us, professional practice is not a separate opportunity, but an essential part of the training.
The next Film Makeup Artist training starts on September 15, 2026. Group size is limited.
